One 4′ x 4′ piece of 1/2″ or 3/4″ thick exterior grade plywood
One 4′ x 4′ piece of 1/8″ thick tempered Masonite
One 7″ x 7″ piece of 1/4″ thick plywood
One 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ thick wood
