Bigfoot Uncle Sam Coat and Hat Pattern

Fun and easy-to-make from our full size patterns (coat – 43″ wide x 54″ tall; hat – 22-1/4″ wide x 17″ tall)

More InfoWood:
One 48″ x 54″ piece of plywood (1/2″ or 3/4″ thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability.)

Tools:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.

Materials:
Steel Pipe Strap – 2 ft. length.
Screws – fourteen #10 x 3/8″ long pan head.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper – medium & fine grits.
Wood filler – non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes – 1/4″, 3/4″ and 2″ wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

Paint: The following suggested colors of acrylic paint:
2002 – Antique Gold
2038 – Ultra Blue
2076 – Crimson
2089 – Navy Blue
2505 – White
2506 – Black
